The Big Game in Chicago

Published on February 11, 2022

For the first time, the Bengals and the Rams are meeting to go head to head for the  championship. Are you ready for the Big Game this Sunday?

The Windy City has some of the best spots to enjoy the big game in a big way. There’s nothing better than meeting up with friends for football and good food.  Here are a few places we  recommend with giant screens, cold beer, and an excellent atmosphere.

Both Theory and Jake Melnick’s are sold out already for the game.  So instead, let’s draft something about the following options…

  • Let’s draft something about Cody’s Public House – they are doing an event around the puppy bowl.  But you can also watch the game after.
  • Reggie’s – this is a punk bar, but they are going to be showing the Big Game with a $15 buffet, half time eating contest, and live music.
  • Lincoln Lodge is showing the game, but they are also doing comedy shows.
  • OFFSHORE at Navy Pier:   Recently opened in Navy Pier, this 20,000 square foot terrace is the world’s largest rooftop bar according to the Guinness Book of World Records. This massive space offers panoramic and unmatched views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline. And it’s a great spot for sporting events with their  30-foot projection screen.  They also offer a raw bar and kids menu.

Even if you are not a football fan, you can’t miss the historic halftime show performed by five great rap and R&B legends: Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar!  And of course, the commercials. This year, celebrities like Charlie Puth, Seth Rogen, Mila Kunis, Demi Moore, and many more are expected to appear in the most expensive ads on American television.

Now that you know the best places,  don’t miss the big screens, the drinks, the food and the fun of the Big Game!
